RIAR Leglative Blog - Site Rules
We started the blog to give you a chance to speak out about government issues that affect you. We know that a lot of you have strong opinions and good ideas that you might want to share with us and with other REALTORS. Your opinions are important to us as they will help us better represent you at the State House.
In order to provide an open but professional platform, all we are asking is that when you post your comments, please follow the simple rules set below.
- Please do not use expletives or inappropriate language. We reserve the right to delete any posts containing such language. Habitual violators will be prohibited from posting.
- Please be courteous to fellow readers and posters. Keep in mind that not everyone shares the same opinion as you.
- Please refrain from conversations or discussions that are libelous or violate anti-trust (i.e. - commission rates, business models, etc.) or other laws. We reserve the right to delete any comments or threads that are deemed as such.
- Please do not post announcements or advertisements for your listings and/or open house events.
- Please try to keep your comments or replies relevant to the blog's topic. If you have a new topic or local issue, feel free to contact us or start your own discussion in the "Open Discussions" forum.
- Although we encourage you to share your experiences, please be respectful of the privacy of others by exercising caution when using names, posting rumors, etc.
Did you notice a violation of these rules? Please contact us.
